Terms of Service

These terms cover the TEKS GO website, beta game, and related services operated by TEKS GO. By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

The game

TEKS GO is a browser street-teks game. Practice is local. Rank, 1v1, and Custom use real card escrow and a server-run toss. The service is a beta: features can change, rooms can reset, and we may pause or wipe test economies.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13, or the minimum age required in your country, and able to form a contract. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission. These terms are intended to be read under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Accounts

• Guest. Temporary play. Progress may expire and cannot claim some rewards (such as referral packs).
• Linked. Google or Facebook sign-in keeps your name, inventory, and settings on the same account.
• One active login at a time. Do not share your account or try to bypass session, escrow, or matchmaking rules.

Virtual items

Teks, coins, tickets, packs, and other items are licensed in-game content. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money. We may change drop rates, grants (including daily login), or catalogs. Do not buy or sell accounts or items outside the game.

Fair play

No cheating, bots, exploits, harassment, or abuse of other players or staff. We may remove items, void matches, or close accounts that break these rules or interfere with custody and settlement.

Your content and our IP

You keep rights in names or messages you submit. You grant us a license to show them in the game. TEKS GO names, logos, card art, hub, and code belong to TEKS GO or its licensors. Do not copy them for another product.

Disclaimer

The beta is provided “as is.” We do not promise uninterrupted play, lossless progress, or that a toss will always finish on a flaky connection. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost items, lost profits, or indirect damages from using the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the latest version. Continued play after a change means you accept the new terms. Privacy details live on the Privacy Policy.
