This is a practical beta draft for players and store listings. It is not formal legal advice.

TEKS GO (“we”) operates TEKS GO at teksgo.com and the beta game at beta.teksgo.com. This page describes the data we handle today.

What we collect

  • Account. Display name, guest or linked status, coins, tickets, wins, and settings (including avatar and chosen pambato).
  • Sign-in. Guest sessions, or Google / Facebook OAuth IDs if you link an account. We do not receive your social password.
  • Inventory and matches. Card instances you own, referral codes, daily-login claims, and online match stakes / results needed to settle a round.
  • Session. A login cookie so you stay signed in. One active session per account — a new device signs the previous one out.

How we use it

To run the game: sign you in, show your hub and bank, lock and settle Rank / 1v1 / Custom stakes, grant daily login teks, and keep the pit fair. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and similar

We use a session cookie for authentication. The marketing site itself does not set an account cookie. The marketing site uses Google Tag Manager; tags configured there may include analytics. Collab pitches sent to collab@teksgo.com are read by the TEKS GO team to review artist and brand drops. Third-party sign-in in the game (Google, Facebook) and Watch-section embeds (YouTube, Facebook) may set their own cookies.

Third parties

  • Google and Facebook — optional OAuth sign-in.
  • YouTube and Facebook — optional embeds on this marketing site (Watch & updates).
  • Our hosting and game servers — store accounts, inventory, and live match rooms.

Retention

Guest accounts are temporary and can expire. Linked accounts stay until you ask us to delete them. Match and settlement records may be kept as long as needed to resolve disputes, abuse, or escrow.

Your choices

You can play as a guest without linking a social account. To delete a linked account and its player data, see Delete my data or email support@teksgo.com.

Children

TEKS GO is not directed at children under 13 (or the digital-consent age in your country). If you believe we have data from a child, contact us and we will delete it.
