PAYMENT FAILED: If you have encountered an error while making a payment to become an Active Teksgo Member or when renewing your membership, you should follow these steps depending on your payment method: 1. If you are trying to pay by credit card: Check your credit card information, make sure that you use a credit card that can be used to pay online, has sufficient limits, has not expired, and try again by correcting all this information or try using another credit card. 2. If you are trying to pay via in-app purchases from the Apple Store, make sure that you have in-app purchases turned on at Apple and that you have sufficient credits in Apple. If you are paying with a credit card registered in Apple, check your recorded credit card information to make sure that you have registered a credit card that can be used to pay online, has sufficient limits, has not expired, and if necessary, correct and re-save this information or register another credit card to the Apple system and then try to pay again.
